The stepping stones for new levels
Have you been to village that has a stream? Have you try to cross a stream to the other side. The stream runs fast and if you must cross at some point you have to be careful. There are stepping stones lying in haphazard line that can get you to the other side.
While stepping on the stepping stones you might loose your balance. If you go too fast or skip one you will slip. Rather,you must jump lightly from one stone to the next.

To survive and advance at all in life,we find ourselves constantly having to use other people for some purpose, some need. The other side of the stream is where the resources we cannot get are; the protection we dearly need; and what we need for the skill we don't have. People are the perfect stratagem and disguise to realise your ambitions, for the advantages you seem to offer only serve as lures to influence the other person's will.
Court the young and promising. Encourage them to be like you if you are far ahead of them. In this way when you seem to be overtaken and made not needed by time and age, they will depend on you for that innate fatherly figure propelling them. You relevance is all about impact.
The key to this is to recognise the stepping stones that will best advance your interest at that moment. Play the mediator when two greats fights. Be at the centre where all pivots. And you remain covertly anonymously making others fight for your allegiance.
As you do and practise the stepping stones method because you have come to understand that people and money are the most important thing in these realm. You must be wary of people who speak well, have apparently charming personalities, and talk about friendship,loyalty and selflessness: they are con artist.
Keep your eyes on your goal and know that it is the stepping stones that take you to your goal that really matter.
