Six Irrational Bad Beliefs

Education alone is not enough in succeeding in life. Being gifted is not enough equally. There are people who are less gifted but are doing well. It is your believe system that stops you from moving forward in life and it is responsible for where you are. It has breed all the fears and doubts that have kept you. It is shame to live long and not see progress. Beliefs are so strong that they limit one. It is belief that made a cow remain tied despite it was a thin rope he could break with a shrug . Have you wonder why a dog though being smaller to it is tied with a chain?
Below are six bad irrational beliefs you must let go so you can make progress:
Undeserving. This belief often comes from what people say about you. And you have come to believe what they say. You think you don't deserve some position- it is for some people.
Ordinary. You don't want to be different. You are afraid your difference will cost you your friends. You don't want their criticism. But you must know that just because they are shooting at you doesn't mean they shot you.
Social change. This belief comes as "I don't want to be rejected". It is subjected to minority group of people. You must watch out for the word 'we' - this is how 'we' do it here. This belief makes you because you want to fit in so you will stay in the same place for a long time. You don't want to be called a sellout.
Fleeting. You won't attempt to do things because you are afraid it won't last. You dont want to go back to it because you have program yourself to believe it won't last. You believe it will pass.
Perfectionism. You are going to be secretly talented. You are going to drive yourself away because you are afraid of your imperfections. You say to yourself "I am not going to be involve with him because he will see my imperfection". You have to give people chances to be attracted to you. Beside you must know that everyone have junk in d trunk.
Besieged. You won't attempt it because you don't want controversies that will come with it. People who will put pressure on you. People change when they discover you have a little something. Now you do little things because you want to be safe. You want to stay where you are to avoid conflict.
You see wrong beliefs create fears. Fear cancels action. In the words of Frederick Smith, founder, chairman, president, and CEO of FedEx: "Fear of failure must never be a reason not to try something."

I agree with these words more than you'll ever know. When the fear is so great that my stomach churns, my heart pounds, and my mind races, and I see that a specific fear can lead to paralysis--I KNOW it is time to look THIS fear in the eye and to do it anyway!

Change your believing, see yourself flying! Allow yourself the smile of victory!
