Rising Like The Phoenix
Bruce Lee said "defeat is not defeat unless accepted as a reality-in your own mind. Defeat is 100% perception.
Defeat is both a noun and a verb,as a noun it actually mean "frustration by nullification or by prevention of success;a lost of contest'. But when it becomes a verb,it changes. It means 'to win a victory over (someone or something) in a war, contest, game, etc.; to cause (someone or something) to fail; to control or overcome (something)'
Movement and change are the only proof of living. Life is to be lived, not controlled; and humanity is won by continuing to play in face of certain defeat. For your continue existence, you must keep moving and choosing to define defeat as a verb. Get up and try again it is another day. Adolf Hitler said "Anyone can deal with victory. Only the mighty can bear defeat." Are you mighty? The poetess, Maya Angelou put it succinctly when she said "While one may encounter many defeats, one must not be defeated."
My mentor and coach, the great Napoleon Hill advised "When defeat comes, accept it as a signal that your plans are not sound, rebuild those plans, and set sail once more toward your coveted goal."
Defeat teaches us life's most valuable lessons so said
CHINESE PROVERB
